Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

Occasionally, floral substitutions are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style and theme of your arrangement is preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of equal or higher value, but may substitute with another color. 

As we are dealing with a fresh product, many variables may affect the condition of your arrangement. Depending on the type and variety of flower, you can expect cut stems to look beautiful for 5 to 7 days.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. The customer takes full responsibility that the given recipient information is complete and correct. If there is a delay in the delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information (including door code) provided by the customer, the order will not be refunded.

What happens to my order when you attempt delivery and the recipient is not at home?

If the recipient is not at their home when a delivery is attempted we will leave the order outside the door/somewhere safe. The driver will phone the recipient to let them know a delivery has been left for them (this is why it is important to provide a recipient phone number). We take full responsibility when leaving deliveries.

What happens if my delivery is refused by the recipient?

If your delivery is refused the item is available to you to pick up in the store for 24 hours. No refund given.

During extreme weather conditions we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time and date. If we do not succeed in delivering your order, the order will be delivered as soon as possible.

Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery. If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call our shop directly. We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail.

If for any reason you are not happy with the service rendered or with the flowers delivered please contact us so we can solve it as soon as possible.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. 

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. 

A local delivery fee of $20.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

What happens if I cancel my order?

Order cancellations must be made 48 hours before delivery, otherwise we will not refund the money.
